Farmaajo tries to delay the election in last-ditch attempt to start another tactic to use his appeaser Prime Minister (appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile — hoping it will eat him last” — Winston Churchill)
Farmaajo has abandoned his plan to make elections and he continues disrupting PM Rooble’s plan to reverse elections schedule timetable for Somalia, Farmaajo is pivoting instead to a goal that appears equally unattainable: delaying minimum a year or more long enough to stay in the office till mid next year.
The shift in strategy comes after the Farmaajo has suffered defeat after defeat in last several months from International partners pressure. And it serves as a tacit acknowledgment that Farmaajo has failed to rule the country and it’s evidence to support his incompetent leadership.
Farmaajo is increasingly relying on Fahad Yasin aka Abuu Camaar. , Ethiopia, Eritrea and Qatar for political guidance, in part because Farmaajo has stopped long time listening to the other officials and in part because of those Government officials to distance themselves in recent days from the Farmajo’s increasingly erratic effort to delay the election.
As a result, Farmaajo increasingly is hearing only from advisors. who are maintaining that the election is not going to happen anytime soon.
Many Somalis are applaud international Partners tireless efforts in their. dedications , the reverse of the country from the brink of a conflict to head of election polls that will lead the country in the direction of reconciliation, peace, and inclusive elections.
Somalia is at a critical situation , and Pm Rooble haven’t shown his people in leadership with the independent mindset, genuineness and truthful to his commitments about this upcoming election.
Rooble needs to quit being campaign manager for Farmaajo because that’s good thing for the country and Rooble himself.
Farmaajo campaign will have to do dramatic changes immediately on everything from corruption and organizing to select senate candidates in order to happen fair and free election there has to be a course correction. Otherwise it will be sham elections that will not be recognized.
