Killing of Ikran Tahliil in Somalia : a tragedy with its roots in Farmaajo ‘s leadership style and Rooble’s appeasement and Silent policy

Somalia has set an unenviable new. record. Government Murdering young talented lady Ikran Tahliil and NISA’s fake accusation to Alshabaab.

Meanwhile, as the Ikran’s body. missing since June 26, 2021, the Rooble administration never held any press conference regarding Ikran’s missing. and PM Rooble refused to meet Ikran’s Father during his visit in London.

What is happening in Somalia is as much a political crisis as a livelihood . It connects directly to Rooble’s silent and not doing anything leadership and judgement.

Farmaajo’s callous and authoritarian style of leadership has cost thousands of people their lives or livelihoods.

Rooble. has not even acknowledged in a tweet the hundreds of Somalis dying needlessly every day including Ikran Tahliil’s murder.

Farmaajo has not held a single press conference since coming to power in 2017. There has been no direct way to confront him about why he did not plan to prevent mass killings and tragedies.
