Saboteurs of the Somali airspace a board to nowhere

Some of board members for the Somali Civil Aviation recently named by government is indirectly working against the same organization they were selected to advice and report to improve the nations nascent civil aviation because of lack of knowledge of their function and working for foreign intelligence and Al Shabaab at the same time namely Fathie Hassan Dahir a member of the board. The board was selected on the basis of 4.5 system claiming as the quota for women. and not on knowledge. Some of the board members have only low level maintenance skills devoid of any management skills. Some of the board members are threatening the organization that they will report to ICAO that they have not been paid when as board they only met without acceptable quorum a couple of times. This board is taking advantage of the political stalemate in country. This board has not forwarded periodic reports to the organization as part of their function. This is not an acceptable board that can represent the Somali Civil Aviation with proper qualifications and it needs to be re-evaluated and reorganized as some of them have. personal contracts with companies who work with the Somali Civil Aviation. a conflict of interest that can be in the corruption category of deeds and actions. A proper board must be chosen with background checks and qualifications.
